"Terrible service! Bland, overpriced food. I asked for ONE refill on my soda - which I Never Ever got, because rather than waiting on us, the waitress sat at the bar & played on her phone! How hard is it to refill a diet coke!?! The first rule of waiting tables is Never leave them without a Drink - my first waitressing job in high school was in a total ghetto dive & I learned that much the first day. Went to pay the $50 bill & the cashier asked how it was & I said it was OK, but that if the server wanted tips maybe she ought to put down her phone & refill drinks! The cashier didn't even seem phased at my comment. Every employee I encountered was so offish & unenthusied, the food was terrible - bland, overcooked/undercooked depending on the item... "Been going here FOREVER. This has been a staple of my family for so long I can't remember a time we have not had food from Kowloon. I remember being all of 5 years old and eating takeout sweet and sour with chopsticks at the kitchen table. Favorites include sweet and sour chicken, ham fried rice and their pork foo young. "Had the Country Chicken Fried Steak special. With mashed potatoes and cold slaw, and biscuit. Washed it down with a Pepsi. Came hot and tasty. Only disappointment was the spork was light weight and would not cut the chicken. Should have had a knife. But it was a Great lunch. Friendly employees to help you out. Drive through was the only thing open. But was quick."

"Chill, laid back atmosphere. Love the food! The twice fried chicken was so tender NOT dry at all. The cowboy burger was awesome. Chipotle mac n cheese was good with a little bit of spice. The meatloaf was very good. PET friendly too. We saw 5 dogs leave while we were there."
