The food, the service, the very clean and friendly atmosphere. Whether you are a visitor or local resident looking for a good place to have breakfast in Santa Rosa, in my opinion, you can't go wrong at Hank's. Only thing is the limited parking. "We always leave happy!. We eat breakfast there at least once a month. It's often entertaining to watch them. There's a tiny grill in their 10x4 kitchen and 3 guys(including Carlos) pumping out generous portions of good old fashioned breakfast. The parking lot is always full on the weekends- that is my only complaint- no parking. But they work hard to get everyone fed. It's a little place and sometimes it gets a little loud. It's fast and tight and there's no hiding anything. The cooks are right in front of you and the girls on the floor seem familiar and friendly with most of the guests. We've met several really nice, decent, friendly people there. We love it. If you want a quiet little leisurely brunch then you might not be happy. If your wake up hungry and don't mind a crowd, it's the bomb."
