"UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT Me and my family ate here on 9/9/2022 we ordered the Catfish dinner and a 2 item Combo with fried chicken and shrimp. Both meals came with fries. The Catfish was delicious and seasoned well. The fried chicken and shrimp was crispy and seasoned, the fries were cooked well a little greasy but delicious. I would go back again and refer my friends. New management and new taste. NO I was not paid for the review or offered anymore chicken. Although I am open to the free chicken???"

"How do you go wrong with a grilled chicken sandwich. 1) chicken was like rubber and over cooked. The meat was tight and tasted old. 2) How can you let restaurants get away with the quality of the way food is prepared at this location. I just spent $25. plus change for two grilled chicken sandwichs. 3) RATING FOR WAS A MISTAKE. I WAS TRYING TO GIVE A RATING OF 1/2 STARS. 4) THIS IS JUST AWFUL AND IF PEOPLE DON'T COMPLAIN RESTAURANTS LIKE THESE WILL CONTINUE TO DO A DISSERVICE. 5) GRUBHUB SINCE YOU ARE REPRESENTING THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOU REALLY NEED CHECK AND FOLLOW UP. TOO MANY MISTAKES ARE MADE."

"Why would you go anywhere else for chicken or fish in Chicago?!! They have the secret ? recipe! The chicken is delicious. It’s just the right crunch, cooked to perfection, seasoned well and the extra sprinkle of seasoning they put on the top just takes it to the next level! I visited Chicago for my birthday last year and I ate this chicken literally every day I was there. I came home and was Jonesing for it! Please bring JJ Fish Chicken to Nashville. This place is a must visit while in Chicago. You definitely won’t regret it. You’re Welcome in Advance! ?"

"I have ordered their wing special, catfish, and Italian beef to be delivered....on different occasions....they were all great menu choices... They don't skimp on your food..including fries. It tastes great(some restaurants are iffy with delivery orders) This sharks at state and douglas does have great food...and if you are ordering delivery...they do follow special instructions. I do believe I have found my new go to.... I was pleasantly surprised with their Italian beef. It was the closest beef I have had this way compared to the city. It was delicious. It wasn't too big...but the price was good....Dietary restrictions: Not sure about dietary restrictions...but their food wasn't heavily salty..or to the point of feeling weighed down after eating it."

"I love this place SO MUCH!! The workers are literally so kind, the food is so good, (So bussin) and if you need a recommendation on what to get, the jumbo fried shrimp is my favorite thing they serve. The workers here once gave me and my brother free slushees, they are so sweet and nice and the food overall is delicious."
