"Found my new favorite local chicken place! The Chicken Rice is the best deal prices are so affordable for a huge combo portion of chicken, rice, soup, and sauces. So excited for my leftovers! I had never had anything like their seaweed soup: a light and refreshing clear broth with little pieces of seaweed that added just the right amount of texture. Highly recommend the Hat Yai fried chicken; whatever magical combination of herbs and spices used in their marinade would make Colonel Sanders jealous. Dipping the crispy chicken in their signature soybean ginger garlic sauce is the best duo since fries and ketchup. Chicken was also crispy and reheated well for the next meal. Tbh, the Hat Yai chicken stole the show so much that the Hainan chicken wasn't anything special to write home about. Ginger rice was a bit dry but much preferred over plain white rice. Would definitely order from this place again and only get the Hat Yai!"
