"APPALLING attitude from staff! On arriving with a group booking for a special occasion the presumed “manager” was so rude claiming we had no booking. After finally finding the booking and the PAID deposit did not apologise nor offer us a table or accepting he had made a mistake. He THREW the money at a family member and when challenged by another family member claimed he “dropped the money on the floor” disgusting behaviour. Terrible customer service, rude upon arrival no correction made for HIS mistake and a lost a huge booking. The restaurant was empty so I think it speaks volumes. A happy, warm welcome goes a long way. After being highly recommended here it was more than disappointing."
