"Ordered a late night takeaway for my mum, sister and myself and didn't eat any of it. Absolutely disgusting. Opened the food and the chips were hard like cardboard, gravy so thick it wouldn't even pour out of the pot. Hot wings that were black...and when you looked inside they were revolting and grey. I ordered myself a zinger burger which looked more like road kill on a bun that anything else, it was ,literally a slab of meat in batter so hard it would brake your teeth. I rang them to complain and the man in the shop was rude and shouted at me. He told me that the gravy which was so thick it looked like turd in a pot was thick good gravy that means it good' he eventually said on the phone to keep the food and he would send the money back, I asked when this would be just to be told whenever' So 40 mins after delivery the guy arrives with our money back, after being told to keep the food (which we binned) the delivery guy asked for our food back, I told him this wasn't the arrangement and he was then told by his boss on the phone to get the money back!! No way!! At the end of the phone call between the delivery guy and the boss, the man in the shop told the delivery guy to tell us not to order again!! No apology or anything. Do Not Order!!"

"I’m not sure what I saw here, it was a little bit of a sad reminder of our dying malls. Though all the merchants were small business, none of them were particularly interesting. It’s a neat place to see though!"

"Good place, they forgot a milkshake so the next day I rang up and they sent 2 out, they didn't have to send 2 but they did, the guy on the phone was the 1 who sorted my order out last night aswell and knew I was a milkshake down because the drive said he 4got it and was going to drop it off later. it was late tho 11 maybe half 11, but the problem was resolved. I've had worse experiences at mc Donald's and that's a multimillion pound business"

"Ordered our food at 20.05 and told 30 to 45 mins delivery, rang at 21.00 to be told in will be with you in 2 mins, 21.20 it arrived, i took the bag of food and it felt cold, I opened the bags and yes it was stone cold, not even war, sent the delivery man on his way all he could say was i have just left with it....Phone to companies to be told that we live a long way from the take away,,,,, its 3 miles,,,,, Never use them again so disappointed."
