"Amazing experience!!! We arrived earlier than our reservation time, but they still manage to give us a table. The waitress was sincere and explained the menu attentively. She recommended all dishes (it was our first time there and the menu was a bit complicated) and all are delicious. We went there for a birthday party. I whispered secretly to the waitress that we have a birthday child here, she was very subtle and simply replied “I have you”. Then she surprised us with a sweet dessert at the end and sang us. It wasn't extravagant, it was a very sweet moment. Tapas, cocktails, main dish and dessert are all wonderful. Both the pace and the taste are exquisite. Perfection."

"The Star of India offers excellent food. The portions are more than generous and always piping hot (and served on warmed plates no less). The hard working staff are pleasant and accommodating. This, and the cozy atmosphere, make it a place you want to revisit often. The prices are more than reasonable and the quality of the food first rate. Have never been disappointed."

"Rip off!! Beware!6 pieces of beef and 6 pieces of lamb with some rice and a piece of bread for 28.69$the cups they gave me was filled with almost 70% of their watery sauce.I can get the same for 15$ at Thali restaurent.I really do not recommend for take out as they will rip you off.it's sad that you guys rip off students.:: also they will OVER spice their food in order for you to feel "fuller". it's an old technique that only cheap restaurants do."
