"The chicken marsala was so tender and tasty, absolutely the best I 've ever had. We ordered a side of beans and greens and they were excellent, too. The service was perfect. All in all, we could not have been happier with our meals and the great views of the Tennessee River and the mountains."

"Took over 45 minutes to get our food. Omelette was good, breakfast sandwich was just ok. My daughter ordered a Belgium waffle and it was extremely over cooked, to the point my daughter (teenager) could not eat it. I let the waitress know and she apologized, and agreed, and then said it doesn’t even look like you could even eat that. What bothered me was she did not offer to switch out the meal or even take it off our check. I could have pushed the issue (since she left her entire meal), but we had a plane to catch and it wasn’t worth the time to to ask to talk to the manager. As mentioned, the service was extremely slow and other tables were having issues getting their food too. I am surprised because the restaurant is inside the Four Points Sheraton Hotel, which was sold out for University of Tennessee parents weekend, but the restaurant was only half full. I would think they would’ve been staffed better considering the hotel was sold out. I can’t imagine what it would’ve been like if the restaurant was full. It is convenient because it’s in the hotel but if you have the time I would recommend going somewhere else. There are lots of good restaurants around."

"We've been to Sullivan twice and both times were excellent! The second time we were sitting, we had the same waitress as before and she remembered all three of our drinks and asked if we wanted the same. Very impressive! Never had to be asked for a refill and food was the best! Ask Skylar for a waitress and you won't be disappointed!!"

"We went on Christmas day, and we couldn't ask for more. We were happy to find a place open on Christmas. We hope they compensated their staff for working on a holiday. The server was pleasant even though we knew she didn't want to be there. The food was good as always."
