"My family and I visited this location yesterday to celebrate my birthday. There were several mishaps with our dining experience. We didn 't complain. It was the day before Easter on Saturday during lunch rush. The manager and waitress were both amazing! Both apologized to us multiple times. One of our kid 's order didn 't get put in, or either didn 't get prepared with everyone else 's. They both advised us it was coming ASAP at no charge. They 're were a few other small issues with timing and unavailability of things we wanted to order. The manager even dispatched a worker to a local store to buy a missing ingredient for an item we ordered so they could make it for us. Upon learning it was my birthday, and the several issues we 'd had, the manager informed my husband she would be covering the entire cost of our meal for the whole family. There were five of us and we were splurging since it was a special occasion. It probably would 've been a $200 service. I offered to pay anyway, or at least be allowed to pay half of the tab. They insisted it was on the house and kept apologizing. Superior customer service from both the manager and waitress. I also made sure the waitress was not going to be reprimanded, as things just happen sometimes. She was nothing but accommodating and amazingly polite. I highly recommend this location! We 've always enjoyed it! The manager is obviously very invested in the dining experience and enjoyment she wishes for her customers. Also, she 's also obviously got a great training program in place. The waitress went strait to the manager and explained everything even though we didn 't complain. She showed integrity, and a great work ethic. If the manager wasn 't a great leader, I doubt an employee would go willingly tell on themselves . Weather it was their fault or not. And it really wasn 't. I can 't say enough good things. We all had a great time, and appreciate the hard work and dedication this management and staff are showing. We 'll be back soon!"

"Nice place, hard sandwich and under $9. I have the cheese steak with broccoli rave and provolone cheese. The Broccoli wheel was okay. Good quantity and melt of provolone cheese. Good choice if you find yourself in Oxford, PA. Many tables, bathrooms and TVs."

"The seafood mac and cheese is delicious and have ordered it several times. When I couldnt get through by phone, sent an email which said they would get back within 48 hours. In the meantime, a friend went down to order one so when he picked it up, there were two orders but they only charged for one. Great service Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5"

"Today for the first time in italia gardens. man, I had lunch, we'll be back in any case! our lunches were only $10 per piece and included a salad freshly baked brot. eating was delicious, the restaurant is cumbersome clean and our server was amazing. a so great experience that I hope that they would get more diner in open grass Sunday for dunes- in the penetration) . lunch prices offered by 12-3 wed- sat. pasta special on wed, rib special on Thursday. come they support a family business here in beautiful oxford!"
