"We had our first meal at Polcari Restaurant. WOW! Amazing! The food was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing! The service was amazing! We didn't have to wait to sit and the waitress checked us a lot. The portions were great; we brought home a lot because we wanted to try their desserts. Oh, my, so glad we did. The lemon cake and made in the house Cannolis were worth waiting for it. You will love this Italian experience. Next time I would like to try the pizza; they looked delicious. Has the manager, Julie and our server, Maria! Your ladies make it even more of an amazing experience! We will come back and bring more people to Polcaris!"

"If it was possible to give less than one star I would give negative 5. Placed an order online and almost an hour later they called to tell us they didn?t have the product and do we want to cancel the rest of the order, we did. A week later I still have not been credited the charge so I call. He tells me they don?t cancel online orders (even though it?s their website). I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Argued with him a little, he told me to deal with it and hung up."

"I had granted a good experience; This is my first time in this pizzeria. A pizza and onion rings ordered. Pizza was fine, the sauce was really good, but the cheese did not seem completely melted. Still tasted good, although the crust burned a bit, not enough for me really complaining, but hey, I like a little crunchy on my crust. The onion rings were good, but the big rings I ordered seem very small for some reason. Also I ordered online and the price on my computer screen correctly reflected the price I paid. The reason I bring this is because some pizza places I order from online give me a completely different price on my arrival to the store. So thank Charlie's pizzeria for transparency. The service was pretty good and people seemed friendly. The only subpage was the online order. If you order online, it takes about 15 minutes. When I arrive at the store 15 minutes later, I was told that the online order has about 10 minutes delay. But hey, wait wasn't that bad. I want to go back, maybe I will update my review to a 5 star in the future."
