"My husband and I stumbled over Mad Jacks and we were blown away from the food so we were back several times. The food is so delicious, I never had a bad meal. But save space for the bread pudding. I dream about the bread pudding. The service is excellent. They are friendly and efficient. Try Mad Jacks and you'll be back."

"Server forgot about the appetizers that were ordered. Couldn't answer questions about an item on the menu. A cocktail that was ordered was sloppily made. The Penne Arribiata was so heavily spiced with dried chili peppers that it was inedible. On a bright afternoon, the restaurant was very dim with heavy curtains closed creating a very dreary atmosphere. Very disappointed. The overall personality of the restaurant has diminished from past visits."
