"It's hard to figure out what you want to eat sometimes but how can you go wrong with a salad? I had the Southwest Adobe Chicken Salad. It was so good and very fresh. The lettuce was not brown, it was crisp. The grilled chicken was well seasoned and plentiful. The salad also includes black beans, pico de gallo, corn salsa, jack cheese, guacamole, and tortilla strips. I was surprised they included guacamole because chains usually charge to add it on to an entree. I have to say that they are not stingy with the Chipotle Ranch salad dressing and salsa. Do yourself a favor and get Queso. It's not too thick and not too loose. It's just right. Freshly made chips and salsa are included with all meals. They are very addictive."
