"In front of this place, I got sick from a chicken pillow thai. the first thing if you don't believe how fast they're gonna eat it. her meal is ready in a minute, I should remember more. the flesh must be reheated anyway, the worst experience this year had with means of life. Don't eat them here!"

"Hello Pho, tucked in a quiet corner of the food court on the side of Anzac Square, Central railway station.The soups! Love them! I tried4 different types over the course of a week. Each had its own unique flavour, great depth and bless taste. My favourite is the beef noodle soup (pho); I would rate it to be the best in the cbd; I am especially pleased that I can detect the hint of black cardamom in the stock which gives it a subtle smoky fragrance, making it a standout among the pho from other places.<br>
The banh mi thit is very good too; I had the classic the other day; it has their homemade paté, besides the cold meats, yumm..,<br>
I tried the salad with grilled pork today; great portion, again, clean tasting sauce, and the meat has that beautifully charcoal-ly grilled flavour that is missing from "grilled" meat at other places or from my electric griller the at home.<br>
Very cheerful and friendly service from staff and owner (his wife is the cook). <br>
Will be back to try...

"I've had lunch here a couple of times and have enjoyed both dishes I ordered. I tried the pepper chicken (pictured) and chicken satay. Both were served quickly and hot. The portion is plenty for lunch with a mix of rice and vegetables. It is also cheap at only $8.80 for one serving. I haven't tried other items on the menu yet but would be curious to try some of the soup and noodle dishes. The banh mi in the window unfortunately looks quite dry and the fact they are pre-made means the bread will be soggy from the sauce too so wouldn't go for those."

"Pappa Rich has been a popular eatery at Brisbane CBD since opening in 2015. The restaurant specialized in a large selection of Malaysian cuisine, specialty drinks and desserts. We were there for Friday lunch and ordered: plain roti (x2), Ipoh koay teow soup with steamed chicken, Nasi lemak with fried chicken and Tek C special milk tea.<br>

The plain roti arrived within 15min. The freshly made roti presents an appetising golden crust with strong buttery scent. Taste was on the sweet and buttery side with right amount of chewy vs softness. Although traditionally it’s ordered with curry sauce but we find the roti already flavourful enough to be eaten plain. 4.5/5<br>

Ipoh koay teow soup with steamed chicken was up next. The set contains a bowl of flat rice noodle in prawn and chicken soup and a plate of chopped steamed chicken. "Flavour of xiao long bao is nice but the dumpling skin is thicker than traditional XLBs so the top is a bit chewy. Steamed dumplings also nice. Pan fried dumplings were a little dry. Vegetarian spring rolls were definitely the standout. Overall was good but not amazing."
