"I was excited to visit positive reviews after reading, but this was the worst meal of our trip unfortunately; all foods in the rice curry buffet was completely cold, this can be quite dangerous if you are cold mutton, shrimp and other dishes that are supposed to be served warm. The curries and rice were simply not tasty, we had so many delicious dishes around Srilanka and that was just not good, some of the dishes were extremely spicy, while others had no spices. In any case, the price of 2500LKR per person was not worth it for this food, quite expensive compared to other restaurants. I wouldn't recommend it."

"Who works in the suburbs lotus road or colombo harbour has not missed this place. it is one of the few places in this opposite to have decent sri lanka meal at an affordable price. That;s the main reason this place looks somewhat overcrowded in the midday hours on weekdays.<br/> exactly that is their main business. they also have at least two small bakers on the other side of the road. they also have a fresh juice/dessert corner on the other side of the YMBA building; and a buffet space on the top floor of the building. they have all regular food like string funnel to parata to maalu paan (fishbunk) to sandwiches, on the morning. for lunch they serve both regular rice and red rice with a large selection of curries. they also have fried rice options (egg, fish, chicken and garnel). they prepare and serve it then and there at the separate place near the entrance. it is a favorite option for many. they also serve fresh juices and soft drinks and desserts during lunch.<br/> in the evening and in the nights they arrange the load (the counters) and prepare all meals in the kitchen near the entrance. they serve during this time vegetable rotti and uludu vade hot. they also have dosa and sri lankan style kottu (egg, chicken and cheese versions) for dinner. So it's full on weekdays. the place usually looks abandoned at the weekend. the place is spacious and has fans, but often feels hot in. he personal is good and visit her relatiw fast. and the place looks clean most of the time (due to a dedicated older worker who cleanses the tables as soon as the people stop eating).<br br/> they need to give up the order, pay and get the entrance to cashiers and collect the food to relevant counters. it's like self-service. overall, it is a good place to have their meal when they work or visit for any work in the fort area. but no great place to hang around with friends."

"This is a very cost-effective esserei on the galle road, although a good 20 minutes to foot from the end where the galle hotel is. it sells south indian and as such when they are a vegan veggie, they need to try to ask the personal, the dishes are not milk products. when you turn around the place, it doesn't seem to be the cleanest places, but I just ate there because I stumbled at the place and I was fading. I had no unpleasant follow. I asked for a serviette and the waiter went into his pocket and gave me a few cut pieces of time. they do not want to use the toilets under all, but the most desperate circumstances. if they want to see how the life is in the 3rd world, then they will take a look at the toilet. it seems unfair to mark a place down when they probably did not spend a massive amount of money for the renovation and the food I had was both delicious and cheap. after I said that although there must be absolutely no question about the hygiene of the place, I would not recommend this place, unless it was as I was that they were completely faded and passed by the place feeling."

"This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Unionplace town of Maradan. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order, I am always thrilled with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone looking for somewhere in Colombo City. I recommend especially for beef lovers if you want to taste mildly seasoned juicy and delicate beef, you should visit this place. This is the first time I found a restaurant in Sri Lanka to completely satisfy my taste buds. In fact, their all kinds of slightly piced meat dishes are mouth irrigation."
