"I ordered 3 of the 8 piece nuggets for my daughter and her friend as well as a whopper combo and an extra medium fries. The menu board said the 8 piece nuggets were $1.99 but on the price board is showed $2.49. I let the lady know she was charging me toomuch. He reply was ?no, $2.49 is how much they are?. I said you?re advertising them at $1.99 and she said that the other sideshows $2.49 so it?s too bad and that?s how much they are. Now I?m upset, not about the $1.50 difference but about her attitudeand the principle of it in general. When paying I asked again and she said it?s too bad because that?s how much they are. Ispoke to the so called general manager who did nothing. She also said that $2.49 is the price and that?s what I had to pay. Isaid she needs to take the $1.99 advertised price off of there because to someone that could be a difference enough to matter.She looked right through me and said no she doesn?t. To top it all off when I get home they only gave me 1 of the orders offries when I should have had 2! One for the combo and one I ordered on extra. I tried calling just to tell them about it and thenumber online does not work. Now, I am completely aware that $1.50 is not a very big deal but it?s the attitude from theemployees and the overall point of the situation. I have a picture of the price board and what I was charged. I wish I had audioof them telling me too bad and if I want them I have to pay the $2.49. Just a side note, this picture was before I ordered theextra fries so it doesn?t show them yet. I took it as they were arguing with me about it then I ordered the extra fries. Iassure you that I DID pay for them but never got them."

"First of all, the physical look of this Burger King is horrendous; somebody needs to fix this up, add some paint, and clean up the parking lot of all the garbage. Second, The video screen showing you your order when you drive-through doesn't work. Third, I sat for a full five minutes, that's no exaggeration, before anyone said anything on the drive-through speaker; at which point, she said to please hold on, and left me there for another three minutes. I've never waited eight minutes before making an order at a fast food restaurant. I will say, in their defense, the food came out correct and tasty, which is a huge win since almost every time I get fast food the order is incorrect. Kudos to the team for at least paying attention to the order."
