"I’m not sure what to rate. Shake Shack was on Fast Foodies and my daughter and I were planning to go tomorrow to try it. But, after reading many negative recent reviews we are choosing not to try. It’s a shame for the concept is great and the food at one time was really good. It sounds like a serious management problem and needs to be resolved. Until I see recent very positive reviews we will not try in any way. There was a review stating a fight broke out in your establishment. I will never take my daughter in an environment with such a history. What a shame. You have a good concept but extremely poor management."

"Can never go wrong with Shake Shack. This was a large and easy to spot restaurant in the mall. Just as consistent anywhere I go which is awesome. Got the double shack burger and a cookies n cream milkshake. Both tasted as great as ever"

"I'm on a business training session in King Of Prussia. And I was looking for a decent burger place to just grab and go. I wasn't feeling the usual fast food burger places that we all know. I saw Shake Shack on Google in the area and decided to head over. The staff was professional and the wait was minimal. I was able to try a double shack burger and fries with ginger ale. The burger was well seasoned and the toppings were crisp. The fries weren't greasy and little seasoned. I enjoyed the meal. This place would be somewhere I'd visit again once I'm back in KOP."

"By far the best chicken nuggets. I would love to say I only go there for my kids, but the reality is I love the nuggets just as much as they do. The efficiency of the drive thru has been great at all of their locations even with the increased traffic. I?mlooking forward to more locations opening up near us."
