"We just ordered for the 2nd time on Saturday. On our first order they never gave us the order of meatballs we had paid for. I called the restaurant and they quickly refunded the amount. They handled the situation very well. Everything else on our first order including a chicken parm pizza was amazing. It was so amazing that I had a craving for the chicken parm pizza on Saturday, I placed our order through their app for delivery. We received an inedible pizza. It wasn't even slightly warm when it was delivered. The pizza was so overcooked and looked nothing like the one I had ordered previously. The outer crust was so hard that it hurt my teeth to bite into it. The crust was black, almost as if it had been originally cooked hours before and then kept on top of the oven to stay warm. There was so little cheese on it that you could see the sauce through it and it tasted more like the pizza was made on saltine crackers instead of dough. My husbands family is from New York so we love a thin slice but this was rock hard and dehydrated not just a thin lite crust. I would like to give you guys another chance and have my pizza replaced. I know you guys can do better because I have had better from your establishment previously. Also when I order a 2 liter of coke, it would be nice if you guys would let me know that you are out of stock, so I can choose a replacement instead of you guys just making your own assumptions and replacing it with something else."

"This little local spot has some amazing sandwiches. The food is cheap and the ingredients are fresh and the people are nice and professional. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the long wait. There were a couple people with bigger orders that had their food before mine, but other than that this place is awesome."

"OMG this food was so good Sunday night. The toasted Ravioli mozzarella cheese stick and Calamari appetizers were the it! LOL Nathan's Chicken Parm with Alfredo, Lasagna (was cold but good), Gnocchi with Bolonese and Gnocchi with Bolonese meatballs were outstanding. And you have to get Rosemary's Cucumber Potion (cocktail) and Mojitos were so delish. Highly recommend this place."
