"Ordered 3 different meals here. 1 was disgusting which was Mac and cheese, the French fries were freezing. Salad was ok with chicken. Waitress was rude and didn’t check in to see if food was ok. Then she threw the interact machine down on our table and then we never saw her again. Awful service and awful food. Looked like a pretty cool place too!"

"We used to have a Casey's years ago at Sherway Gardens in Etobicoke but it closed decades ago now. I was thrilled when I saw one in North Bay and have been going at least once every time I visit. Love the Tornado Potato fun kettle chips with a yummy dip and the Taco salad was so good... One where the bowl is part of the meal. Lots to take home! This time only, I was disappointed in the chicken. It was overcooked and dried out and hard to chew. It was likely just an off day because they are normally quite good. Our server was great friendly and helpful. Will keep coming back so stay where you are. ?"

"We went to Arugula about 10 of us for my husbands birthday and were very disappointed. As we walked in we did not have our masks on and got yelled at not very professional) my husband has a medical condition and was still forced to wear a mask. The owner and cook was NOT wearing one as she was yelling at her staff to answer phones and other orders which we could hear while dining which made our experience very uncomfortable. This used to be our favourite dinner spot, but no more !! The sausage and the nachos were not fully cooked and cold. We will Not be supporting This establishment anymore."
