"We made a reservation for 6 ppl about a week in advance. We were told that ppl with reservations were always seated inside the restaurant. Those w/o reservations were at a waiting list outside. We arrive, and were lead outsideto the furthest table possible. We were okay with this. Not sure if this lead to the worst service we have have EVER incountered in a restaurant! Waited a bit to place a drink odered. Had to flag down a server to place a dinner oder after another bit of time. We waited a full 1 1/2 hrs to get our salad! And that was after flaging down the restr. manager! We also wanted to order more drinks, but that was still another wait until we talked to the manager! The manager did comp our 2nd drinks. Thought he could’ve done more at this point. Food finally arrived. It was just mediocker. Needless to say, I cannot recommend this restaurant to ANYONE!! I know other reviewers have mentioned the bad service, but, we thought they would’ve gotten the message by now and made this a top priority in fixing. NOT happening there! So just beware!!"

"We live in California and have been coming down to Fort Myers Beach every summer for the past 9 years. We found this gem a few years back and when we are down we eat here at least twice a week. We have never been disappointed with the food and hospitality. It?s our favorite. It?s a pleasure we have gotten to know Scott the owner and of course his dog Charlie. Scott, we will be down in June, so have plenty of lasagna."

"Despite staying in the neighborhood for many visits we had not visited the Tuscan Bistro because of its former use as a joke of a place. We found friendly, attentive service and excellent food. All in my party enjoyed their dinners. I selected the clams casino, which were delicious. My Osso Buco entree was a delicious treat—rich, tender and very flavorful. The gnocchi served with it were a great accompaniment. We visit Naples annually and will be back. We will also tell our friends who visit to dine at Tuscan Bistro."

"This was our third time dining at Figs…it was outstanding. The food was fresh and everyone commented how flavorful the dishes were. Our waiter, Gil, was professional and made us feel appreciated. He had knowledge of every dish. My guest ordered the special fish he described…he made my mouth water as he described the dish. Great restaurant with outstanding service. If you have not been there suggest you give it a try."
