"Awesome! The food is great, and so are the workers. We always get our food super fast and get everything we want. They offer many appetizers for you to eat while you wait for the famous New York style pizza. This space is great to spend time with family, friends, or just have a great meal. "I've had a good experience with their pizzas a while back and wanted something different than domino's. Well I got it I guess. The crust is obviously prefabricated and frozen. It looked and tasted like a make-your-own pizza type crusts of the 1980s. The King toppings were very weak in flavor and I question if the pie was premade and just thrown in the oven. Very disappointed. Guess I'll look somewhere else. In response to Palio management... My wife and daughter ordered the pizzas in person which is why you do not have my name in your records. Trust me, it was your location."

"I received great customer service at this location. I stopped in for lunch because I had a promotional coupon. There was an issue with the register accepting the coupon, and a line of customers had developed as my sub was being made. I said I would just pay for my sandwich and get a drink and chips as well, even though that wasn 't part of the promotion. I did not realize the employee assisting me was the manager on duty, and he insisted that I grab a bag of chips, a large drink and the sub I ordered and would not accept my cash. He apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to keep them in mind next time I was hungry for a sandwich. It was a great gesture I thought. Few days later I needed a quick but filling lunch again, so I stopped by for another sub. This time I asked for it to be made with the promotional '50% more meat for ¢50 '. My sandwich was made fresh and fast, just like you 'd expect. As I was taking out my wallet to get my money, he asked if I still had the coupon on my phone, that it was being funny but he had an idea, asked if I 'd help him test it again. As the register took the coupon he smiled and told me he fixed it later in the day I had 1st stopped by. He thanked me for my patience and apologized again for any inconvenience. I got 2 delicious sandwiches some extras in 1 week for free. I appreciated the 's I saved for sure, but having worked in customer service most of my life, I recognize and appreciate the attention to detail and the intent to satisfy the customer even more!"

"Breakfast bacon and egg sandwich with the spicy mayo was very good. The bread the sandwich was served on was very delicious. Also came back for dinner and the pizza is awesome!! Had the Carne Sicilian style and cheese hand tossed.....all I can say is wow!!! Only gave 4 stars due to no fountain soda option. (Coke fountain is my vote)"
