"SNEEZING ON PIZZAS AND GIVES THEM TO CUSTOMERS !!!! Third incident. As of 2 weeks ago I used to order chicken tenders once or twice a week. Well not anymore. I walked in to get my chicken tenders and seen the heavier set Mexican guy sneezing all over the pizzas and in the empty pizza boxes. He was facing the pizza box on the counter when I walked in, covered his face with his t-shirt and sneezed through it onto his hand and all over the inside of the box. We all know tshirts and cloth masks doesnt block droplets.. I didn't say anything yet, so he turns around and faces the oven and the pizza is basically inches from his face and he sneezed all over the pizza without covering his face at all . He made the claim the he did but clearly he did not as he was grabbing the pizza from the oven and sneezes two big sneezes all over the pizzas inside the oven. I feel bad for going off on a rant because of the children and halloween party but I went off on them anyway. This was totally unacceptable. AAAAAAAND EVEN STILL HE GAVE THEM TO THE CUSTOMERS !!!!! I'm telling everyone on social media too.. this location has to go. Or management of this location. We need proper sanitary conditions in this location. This place clearly has not changed as about 4 years ago I seen a girl picking food off of a pizza and eating it . They don't even look around which means they don't care if management finds out or sees it. They need good management that will hold employees accountable. This man should not be anywhere near food. Telling management makes no difference, she defends the conditions. I got a sandwich with rotten meat on it , you could smell it soon as you open up the sandwich. I brought it back and she smelled the sandwich and said it was fresh... There was no possible way her. Or the man making that sandwich didn't know the meat was no good. Just a absolutely disgusting establishment and management. 3 chances I'm done."

"Soni?s outdid themselves today. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt the need to after the experience we had. I was part of a funeral party that needed a place for lunch. With most of us coming from out of town, we originally had a reservation at another local restaurant, but after waiting outside that establishment for 20 mins after opening was SUPPOSED to happen, we were finally told that they would be unable to open for us. Leaving almost 30 of us sitting in a parking lot with nowhere to eat. We called Soni?s to see if they could possibly accommodate us on short notice?and were welcomed with warm smiles and an entire room to ourselves! Our servers were fantastic and took care of all of us promptly. The food was absolutely cooked perfectly with generous delicious portions. The fact that the staff were able to take such good care of all of us (without a reservation), on such a sad day to begin with?we are very grateful for all of you at Soni?s. Thank you so much for allowing our family and friends to gather! I will definitely be dining here again next time we?re in New Castle!"

"We waited for 15 minutes to get our drink order. 10 minutes later, they brought the wrong drinks. 15 minutes later, no drinks and no waiter. They never did ask for our food order. They were not even busy. Completely inattentive. We left after telling the manager we would not be back. We won't go there again."
