"The food was excellent as always! The service was untypically rough! They were under occupation because someone didn't show up for work. The waitress did a good job to pick up the slack and gave us a pleasant service. We stayed at Villa Europa many times over the years and want to return safely!"

"26. August 2022 I like her meat stuff like this one day I came home and took a few bites and something began to form on the back of my teeth. It was parchment paper. I called for work a few days later to inform what happened. The manager didn't believe me, so I told her that I had a picture (this is parchment in my hand). After confirming that it was and did not understand how. She made me free. I thanked her and went home happy, but I took a bit and BAM! Parchment paper that is the image of the plate. I called Amato's late afternoon again and spoke to Ms. Manager because I wanted to inform her that it happened again and to watch for the other customers who will order this article. I feel that she was irritated with me to find out why/how I ate parchment paper. She said I'm sorry. I forgot to mention that it was the Paprikas. However, it was cut parchment firmly on the outside of cooked with the product. I didn't call back because Ms. Manager didn't sound like she wanted to solve the situation. I'm sorry who's got meat stuff. I won't order from there again."

"Always a wait to get a table around lunch time but worth it. Whether it is the unlimited salad and bread sticks or any of the main courses it is a pleasure to eat here. I only wish the waiting area was larger to accommodate the large amount of customers."

"Arrived at 7 pm with an empty restaurant. Ordered shortly after and waited over an hour for food to arrive. During that time tables were seated around us and served full dinner and dessert. When asked about our dinner we were told it was coming. Food arrived 1 1/2 hr later. Salmon was served under cooked and sirloin had hairs under the steak on the plate.Wait staff noticed and commented the salmon was not safe to eat and the steak dinner was removed from the table. 4 of the 7 meals were edible. After all that only 2 meals were removed from the bill! I would recommend making alternative dinner arrangements while in the area."
