"We arrived shortly after 4 pm, which at that time the business was just opened. Which was to my surprise that this establishment doesn't do lunch. Anyway, the interior was inviting, clean, and had nice music. We were greeted by an old seemingly intoxicated person only to whom I can only guess was the manager or owner. We were seated and we ordered our drinks and order. We got the appetizer sampler and tour of Italy (lasagna, Alfredo, and ravioli). The appetizer sampler was fried mushrooms, fried eggplant, fried cauliflower, and onion rings. The mushrooms and eggplant were both tasted old, and the eggplant was mushy. The breading on any of the above had very little texture not what I had expected. The tour of Italy was almost as equally disappointing where the ravioli was both cold, watery, and looked if it was frozen pre-made. The lasagna was dried out, very little sauce, and just tasted old. The fettuccine Alfredo however was rather delightful and we enjoyed that quite a bit. The side soup potato with ham and bacon was delicious as well, despite not being able to see or taste any bacon. The meal came to $70 with tip for two people. Overall, price to quality of food was sub-par unfortunately. If I am to return, I will get the Alfredo. Parking: Street parking was limited."

"Delicious pizza here. It was different from other pizzas and we really liked it. We ordered the big little Italian style, it was a lot for two and we had some to take home. The fried shrimp cup was good with the marinara sauce. Service was great, they were all nice and friendly."

"I have one question, where's the beef? I know I haven't been to Primos in a while but I wasn't expecting there to be a quarter amount of meat. The amount I spent for my schwartze and turkey diablo was far more than the sandwiches I received. Not to mention there was no heat or spice in my Diablo. For once they got the extra mayo request right but what was the point when there was more mayo than there was meat. I am not happy and I'm giving primo one more try across town but if they're on the same level primo is dismissed."

"It has been our favorite place but this evening when trying to place a delivery order we do regularly, they were off their game. It took three calls to connect with anyone who could take order. When order arrived it was incorrect. Gave us two of most expensive sandwiches when we only ordered one? after three call ordered one. We still love Marios and ask that they acknowledge when they are overwhelmed so we can work with them."

"The meals were excellent as always, our server was training 2 new girl's and all 3 were Amazing, smiling and helpful. We went there with 5 people so it was actually really nice to have the extra trainees which didn't seem like they were training. They are going to do well on their own. We go often but especially on special occasions to celebrate."
