"Very disappointed with my last visit tonight. I am a very regular customer to this place. But tonight they messed up my order. No biggie, call her and let her know. No. They argued on the phone and said they gave the right order and that they do nothing to fix everything they have messed up. Very disappointed because I'm driving a distance for this pizza. It's gonna be sad."

"Ordered a couple of burgers (medium-well and well) to go. Unfortunately the burger patties were burned. I called to get a refund but the manager insisted I bring it back for her to see that they were really burned. I told her it was a to-go order because my husband and I were on the way to work. She said it?s their policy that they can?t give a refund over the phone. So I had no dinner and no refund. Very Disappointed. If you decide to place a to-go order, check it before you pull off. Won?t visit here again."
