"It took 30 minutes to get our drinks, and we just gave up trying to order appetizers. It was an hour and 15 minutes before our Entrees came, and we had to choose alternate Entrees since they were out of the Trout (a permanent menu item). The Manager gave us a discount and a coupon for a future visit, but I will think twice before returning here."

"We went here when passing through Chattanooga. The place looks nice and the waitress was very nice, patient and helpful! The food was pretty good. The au jus for the french dip is on the saltier side, and the mahi tacos could use more sauce/flavor. The fries were delish, the mashed potatoes a tad bland. The hambuger has a very smokey flavor to it, which my son did not care for. Overall I would eat here again."

"I attended a birthday dinner for my friend on Saturday night, with a total of 11 people, and was very disappointed. Most of my hot food was cold or luke warm. My escargot was delicious, but that was the only course that was, besides the cheese course, which was, well, cheese, at least one of which I can buy at Aldi for around $3. I had ordered the filet for my entree, cooked medium-rare. We were told the chef wouldn't cook it past medium doneness, yet my meat was medium-well to well with zero pink on it. The cut certainly didn't look like a filet since the meat came in two sections, separated by a small connection of fat. My entree was also cold. When the waiter brought my plate he said it was medium and he didn't have a medium-rare steak left, dropped it and took off. When I tried to voice my displeasure to the female owner, it was ignored. Overall, there wasn't enough bread on the table for everyone, nor enough salad to satisfy the diners. Guests had to take salad off their plates to give it to the birthday girl. I requested more bread and the waiter seemed flabbergasted that I would do so. For $100 per person this was utterly disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant, and definitely not for a party."

"Came in around 6pm food was great then I ordered a hot tea to go! Put a straw in the Togo cup and took a drink! It was boiling hot it burnt my tongue top of my mouth! Went to get the manager and showed her and she was in shock I guess hell I was in shock!! I walked out to calm down! And did! Came back in to talk to the manger and they treated me like I just walked in ! Very rude and defensive male waiter) The head waiter had a attitude the manager kept asking how can we help you ! It was very rude and unprofessional ! I don’t know why they treated me this! They made me fell like I had done something wrong! Guessing trying to run me off! I don’t know! I do know that I can’t taste anything like it burnt my taste buds in my mouth! I’ve had pains inside my mouth all day and a headache! They hurt me and they didn’t asked if I needed to go to the hospital or apologize! Instead I felt like they where attacking me like ! It’s sad !! I’ve always had a good time there! Manager and those waiters should be ashamed and fired !"
