"Sitting with a few colleagues to get a bite. The dining room was almost completely empty, but all tables were unavoidable. It was said it would take up to 20 minutes to clean a table. Waited at the bar and no one came to inform us the status of the table we were waiting for. Extremely slow and poor service. We finally ate, but the menu was limited."

"I went to KFC I went there for the first time on San Pedro and there was one car in front of me and I literally had to wait almost 15 minutes for me to go through drive-thru and after they took my order I still had to wait and then when I proceeded to the drive-thru window I noticed that half my order was on the window and I still had to wait another almost 10 minutes for the other half of the order to come in and I purchased two burritos and a three piece chicken tenders and the fries were cold that chicken tenders were cold and also hard and the burritos had too much sour cream onion in them and I noticed that all the employees with the manager were just talking and not doing their job as in taking care of the customers and when I ordered the three-piece tenders it came with the meal and they also forgot to give me my drink and I spoke to the manager ebony and she wanted me to come back which was I was already at home and it's a 15 minute drive to get there KFC and that was one of the most terrible experiences I have had with KFC and it was not worth the visit or the money I spent and I would never go again to that store as long as Ebony's the manager and the crew that she has working for them is not working or taking care of the customers it wasn't worth it and waste of a trip going all the way out there."

"If I could give a zero review I would. We chose to have my husband's 40th birthday lunch here. When we had called previously, we were told they could sit a whole party together in the middle of the restaurant. We were so excited because there's other restaurants that don't accommodate a group of 20 without renting a room. It happened that only 15 people came. When we got there they had three separate tables in the side room area so we couldn't even sit together. They said they couldn't sit us all together due to needing to have accessible space for handicap customers. We made sure to be there right at opening time so there were not very many people at the restaurant. We were so disappointed this was a 40th birthday gathering. On our way out, there was a very large group of people sitting together where we'd requested but were told no. To make it worse, the manager was complacent to our concerns and the hostess was just downright rude. We will not be giving this establishment any further business. Don't count on this place to host your events!"
