"Awesome atmosphere and a wide variety of dishes from a great deal of places. Burgoo offers a solid selection of meals to enjoy with a range of mouth-watering ingredients, making it difficult to choose what to get. I personally chose the Kentucky Burgoo, which was is a nice warm meal to dig into on any rainy Vancouver day. They also have a decent drink menu to choose from. I recommend the Snakebite for people who like a more citrusy beer. I can't wait to be back to try there other fantastic dishes."

"Ordered a Lavender Latte, which was very flavourful (but pricey as the lavender add-on is an extra $1). The F.A.B. Salad was a little too vinegary for my taste buds between the vinaigrette and pickled red onions, but did have a decent mix of ingredients with apple and bacon. My companions were happy with their cheese-based entrees, the French Onion Soup and Gooey Cheese Grillers. We were given complimentary house bread and the wait staff was attentive and checked in regularly. After paying, we were not rushed out the door and encouraged to stay as we were still chatting. Really nice bistro to come for some comfort food. They also have happy hour, which we'll try out next time!"

"I figured from their endless browned potatoes that it may be a real find, but unfortunately, not so much. The home fries were cooked very well (nicely browned) but they’re very bland. The cooking oil that they use doesn’t seem to impart any flavour, nor are there any detectable seasonings, onions or peppers. 3 of the 4 slices of bacon were very limp only one was approaching the level of crispiness I like. They also should have stated that the waffles are Belgian. They were under staffed today. Considerable delays in ordering, coffee refills."

"Great way to celebrate a birthday in a cozy environment on a Friday afternoon . Bartender excellent and listened to our request for icy martinis and our server Ben was also excellent. Will be back soon to celebrate my birthday! Thank you for a fantastic experience!"

"This was my first time at The Keg and I discovered it was a wonderful place. This location has the most beautiful bamboo plants that surround it. The restaurant is also very cozy and beautiful looking. The main rib was perfectly cooked, juicy and delicate. Service was also very good. The chocolate cake dessert was very rich, decadent and delicious. The only drawback was that the meat on the nachos was salted excessively... How super salty, but it was still edible. But overall it was a great experience and would definitely be back for more, as it really meets the place for food and ambience for social meetings. P. S. The Billy Miner Pie is pure yum."
