"First we went through the wrong door of the building, but the staff was friendly and greeted us and when we were on the table that was clean, our waitress allison greeted us and was brilliantly perfect she quickly took our drinks order, then again quickly on our food order, then brought water. She always checked us. her service was stellar. I didn't drink any alcohol because I'm driving, but my wife loved her Captain-Bahama mom. all the items we ordered looked like the menu photos. great taste. a really nice lunch and fairer price. oh and bathroom are very clean."

"Went in before the dinner rush on 08/03/2022. When the Mrs. and I arrived, two tables/parties were leaving and two tables/parties were eating; it was not busy. We were shown to our seats. We waited for over ten minutes and no one came by to take our food nor drink order; we had not even met out server yet and the place was practically dead! We left and went down the road to Applebee's where the food is mediocre but at least the service is always excellent. Will not go back tothis IHop."

"When we lived in Anchorage, we ate at the Theater Pub almost every week. Since moving away, it was on our list of places to go each time we returned for a visit. Today, we were terribly disappointed. They have changed how to order food into a very inconvenient method where we have to sit down to look at the menu, and then get up and stand in line at the host station to order while the host also directs people to go to a table to look at menus. The food came quickly, but our burritos were very oily, and not very good. We ordered some chips as well, and got a small paper bag with about 10 chips for $2.50. I know prices have gone up, but that is not reasonable."
