"The last six times I've came here to place an order, it's turned out awful. While the spinach artichoke dip is still delicious as always, the shrimp and parmesan steak I ordered has always been severely undercooked. I ask for medium well to outright well done and it comes out cold and rare. Medium rare if I'm lucky. I used to love coming over here but now I tend to avoid it like the plague."

"When we placed our order they made us aware there wasn’t any beef left, which was fine. But they kept telling us over and over there wasn’t any beef left in a condescending way, whenever we asked questions about the food she treated us like we were stupid. She turned around and spoke Spanish to the men there while laughing calling us stupid because she thought we didn’t know Spanish. Her hand gestures towards us were rude, she acted as if she was too cool to work there. We only ordered because the kids were hungry and they needed to eat after the parade.Food was awful. No flavor and chicken was like rubber. Their salsa was sour. Spent $100 for nothing. Overpriced awful food. Don’t go here! Do not recommend, in fact someone was trying to find this place and we told them never go there! They went somewhere else."

The place was clean, they managed the kitchen so well they could, and when something was grounded, they took possession, offered me an additional item for my time and got me what I needed. They communicated well with customers. This situation should be proud of their evening staff... EXCELLENT customer service."

"We tried the chupacabra burrito. If anything, I'd say that there was actually a bit too much meat in the burrito. Maybe a bit more veggies or rice would have been a better balance. But erring on the side of giving more meat is ok. The burritos were large enough to split into 2 meals. Nice and spicy with rich flavors. Best horchata that I've ever had! The large size is actually quite huge. Again, enough for 2 meals."

"Went to pick up an Uber eats delivery at 1030pm and waited at the speaker for a couple minutes. Knowing there were people in, I decided to go to the window. Two people are talking and making food, so I assume they are open just didn't know I was there. I raised my voice trying to get their attention and they continued to ignore me. I knock on the window and the lady rolls her eyes and opens the window saying Knocking on the window isn't gonna change the fact that we are closed Not only did they assume we knew they were closed 30 minutes before they were supposed to, they also gave an attitude when answering the window. A simple sorry we are closed for the night would do."
