"I ordered the bean n cheese quesadilla , when I received , it was cold n even the cheese wasn’t melted also all the beans n veggies were falling out of it . After I explained n showed the girl working in front and asked her, tell me how can I eat this, she started explaining me that quesadilla is open from 3 sides and this happens and said can’t give a refund, after that she agreed to give a refund, but also I didn’t wanted to yell or be rude with her. I did apologize as well, but she should understand the customer service standards and also the standard for the food prep."
