"I would give 0 if I could.. So I today I downloaded the Taco Bell app. I placed my order at 5:40 then was notified at 5:46 that my order was completed. I live not a mile from this place. My bf got there to get the order. Whole wam bam thank you ma'am kind of deal. Well that didn't happen that way. He gets there nobody noticed him for 15 mins. He finally get someone's attention and they tell him they never received our order. Even though I got confirmation that it was sent. The GM then tells him that the online ordering system is messed and what did he order we'll get it made for you..... He (my boyfriend) writes down the order they give to some guy on the line. He also hears someone on the line tell the GM that they recognize the order that it did come in. He hears that and waits to see how long it will take for the order. Another 15 minutes go by and he still hasn't gotten our food. At this point it's 40 mins since I placed the order. He then asks for a refund because obviously they weren't making it. The GM tells him that he can't do that or else he will get fired. The GM says to contact the app and let them know. *There is no contact information on the app* So he leaves. He's not getting the food we ordered and we aren't getting our refund sooooo he calls me cause its on my card. This Taco Bell is the worst 1 I've ever been too. It suck cause I LOVE TACO BELL. I eat there at least 2 times a week. But now I will go out of my way not to ever go back to this 1. Taco Bell needs a better customer service at this place."
