"There were 15 minutes between us trying to order in the box and wait to get our food out the window. It is 7:15 on a Saturday night, and we have received the worst customer service in every Taco Bell. They took 6 minutes in the box to ask our order (not occupied before us), and the cashiers in the window took another 8 even to ask for our card. Everyone moves in slow motion as if it is high or simply not less interested. After a total of 20 minutes between the box and the reception of the foods, they did not say a word or give us an entrance to the survey. Girl on the window needs an evaluation from her boss because she would be fired in a heartbeat."
