"Went around 9pm, store was empty and there seemed to be no one working up front. The store was a mess, stuff on tables and on the floor. Used the machines to order and pay $18~ , waited for about 5 minutes at the counter before someone even noticed us and asked if we wanted to order. Took another 15 to even receive the food only for them to forget one of the items. The chicken roll ups were hot but that was the only thing that was. We got 2 orders of the bean sides that were inedible, one taco supreme was covered in tomato water and sticky, and one of the enchiritos were made completely wrong. They were out of Mild sauce. We ended up eating in our car, and for the half hour we were eating, the manager was outside smoking for like half of it. Only reason for 2 stars, is for the younger guy who was the only one to bother interacting with us, thanks for the free drink!"

"Over the last couple of weeks, this Taco Bell has been fantastic the staff has been upping their game, super friendly, and fast. I was happy to see they put the Quesarito back on the regular menu, and both times I ordered extra meat, they made a perfect burrito with extra meat very pleased with the current staff. Will be back more often because of it."

"Ended up here because most restaurants had a long wait. We were pleasantly surprised. They sat us quickly. The server was friendly and helpful. We had the bacon burger and the chicken cheese bacon sandwich. The chicken sandwich was amazing. It was our favorite sandwich and was unexpected. There was a deal to add wings for $1. Good deal but the boneless wings were not our favorite"

"We have always had good service and good food at 220. But tonight we wanted a late dinner. Website said open till 10:30. We arrived at 9:05 and we're told the kitchen was closed. Very disappointing. Website should be a little more informative."

"It's my daughter's 21st birthday and she requested to go to a similar restaurant also in Statesville, I call and reserve a table for 6:30 and even get a confirmation text. When some of our party arrives they know nothing about it, barely acknowledge we're there. My son calls Applebee's and they can seat us now, we drive up the street and WOW what a difference. We were lucky enough to have Zari as our server. She didn't even blink when we went in. She waited on our party of 15 like we were family and friends , our food was exceptional and the drinks were never empty!! Thanks for helping make her 21st birthday memorable and fun!!!"
