"We stumbled on this restaurant after a long hike. There isn’t any parking at the restaurant but we were advised to park in the pets world retail park and it was a 5 mins walk to the restaurant. Decor is simple nothing fancy. Staff were very friendly, attentive and social which makes a huge difference to the experience. Food was surprisingly good. We ordered channa puri and mixed grill for starters. For mains we had chicken jalfrezi, tandoori prawn masala with rice and naan. Lastly for dessert we had cardamom tea and kulfi ice cream. Our favourite was the channa puri, jalfrezi and the naan which was freshly made. The kulfi ice cream was a nice finish to the meal. The other dishes were okay but nothing really to write home about and we may be a little tougher considering this is our home food. We have made allowances for the fact the restaurant needs to cater for its locals such as sweetening up some of the dishes with cream and coconut. They also made space for my husband to pray which was a bonus. Unfortunately they do not take American Express but took debit card payments. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would come again."

"Gourmet night, it was surprisingly quiet when we decided to make the £13.50 gourmet banquet. we added some extras to the mix. the food was perfectly edible, but nothing was extraordinary. portion sizes were quite small, and the main-dinner plate was undersized to give them a feeling of a full plate a trick that I used to die myself. I think the prices on the normal menu look pretty reasonable, I wonder if the full price dishes give them a better portion size. I would go back, I couldn't mistake the service, so the four stars, but I could give the normal menu a try to compare with the banquet. I decided to eat this restaurant because of its health review as another in aylesbury with exceptional tasting let me visit with magentunate on two. I came out hungry, I would have ordered more extra dishes if I had recognized the order, but if our food was on the table, it could not be waited. as I say, will visit again, because it is reasonable not costing anything to really knock it, but nothing to really scream."

"After reading the excellent reviews before the visit we were not disappointed. warm friendly staff, comfortable and relaxing ambiente. eating was absolutely excellent, full of taste, nice presentation and excellent prices. we wish we lived more locally, but the voyage of watford was worth it. we will be back"
