"Great experience! Food was really good, presentation was on point. Service was excellent as well. My wife ordered the burger, I had the shrimp and grits and the kids had the club sandwich. We also ordered the tomato pie for an appetizer and it was fantastic! Highly recommend the tomato pie!"

"The ambiance looked decent coming in but the service was awful. Waitress was rude and unresponsive to several asks only had 5 adults who ordered and the kids all were playing games. In the beginning with only 4 people sr the table it took over 12 minutes to get a glass of water and the restaurant didn't even have many tables at all. Took forever to have our food order taken. When we did order food, she forgot a simple appetizer item and by the time she came back to even check on the table we were basically done with our food. I mentioned to the hostess that we were missing the Brie skillet early on and she said she would check and instead of actually checking she was just at the hostess stand chit chatting with another employee. Gratuity was automatically added at 18% and was completely undeserving. Usually don't write negative views The arcade area seems fine for the kids if you need somewhere to entertain them but don't expect to get good service or good food."

So I had to order thru GrubHub- the price of the food DOUBLED- on the menu thru GrubHub, plus I had to pay a service fee?, so I almost paid THREE TIMES the amount I would have paid if Ye Old delivered. I understand the service fee, but pay 3 times the cost PLUS a service fee"

"The place was a quarter full when we got there and remained so throughout our meal. Host seated us quickly and wiped down the table for us. Connor is a great server, he got all our items right, the food did take about 30 minutes to arrive but the kitchen was short staffed and he was trying his best. amazing customer service, and the fried shrimp appetizer was ??????????! the wings were large and fresh, the only downside is the long wait time for food when they weren?t busy, everywhere is short staffed at the moment, and the ?extra hot? was supposed to be the hottest but it was a little disappointing because i breezed through it ? Nonetheless, we will definitely be back for those ????? the shrimps were freshly breaded, extremely juicy, breading was just right, sauce was perfectly coating it. not too light or heavy, salty or sweet. as a bonus, the plating was done with shrimps in a single direction and on a bed of fresh spinach leaves. i definitely took note of this because many places forgo the garnishing or use scrap ingredients. This is definitely a quality attribute by whomever assembled this dish. In the restaurant industry myself, Connor is a great server, fulfilling all requests and paying attention to small details, engaging the tables and ensuring customer satisfaction. ??"

"Food was not even close to being tasty. Seems like an old business with a somehow good location that attracts people to visit. Maybe ice cream is okay there but I do not recommend this place for lunch. The employees are nice. The food is so bad I couldnot give this place more than 2 stars."

"First of all, the location alone is so unique! If you like things out of the ordinary this is the place to go. If you love good food- this is the place to go! I absolutely loved my sandwhich and their vanilla lemonade. I had their nutella custard and it was out of this world! For parents: I'm quite picky about where I take my kids, and they loved it! Kid friendly"

"I have been eating here for many years. The food is always good. Great Blue Plate daily special. The chili dogs and hamburgers are made the old fashion way. Ms Dolly and the ladies that greet you are always friendly and make you feel welcome. Best sweet tea in town. One of the original restaurants on Montague. Thank you Ms Dolly for your dedication."
