"Walking in, I was super excited about this deli because it has a really big menu and it seemed pretty clean. I liked the seating and I liked the atmosphere. The parking lot was also bigger than I expected, so it wasn't that hard to park.However, I literally had to wait 45 minutes for my food. About every 10 minutes, one of the cashiers would ask me if I had gotten my food yet, but they didn't bother to check on my order. Finally, 40 minutes after I originally ordered, they put the order in. I was actually shocked that I went to a deli (which wasn't actually that busy) and it took 45 minutes to get a sandwich. Other people for their food much quicker. They also didn't offer to do anything to correct the situation, which was tough. When I got my sandwich, it was fine. I got a vegetable sandwich on a roll. It had mushrooms, eggplant, onions, and peppers. The vegetables inside were ok, but i wish there were more onion. I also thought the bun was really boring. I'd prefer a toasted bun (they don't toast them or anything). Especially if I have to wait 45 minutes!"

"Best food in the New Haven county. My go-to is The Cluckin Russian , but cant go wrong with anything on the menu. Their catering is unbelievable, the staff is always so friendly and easy to work with, and my guests are always talking about how great the food was."
