"We stopped by the Bops in Brandon on April 8, 2023, around 6 PM. We ordered a small confetti cup with extra cherries and a small strawberry patch. We asked the sales associates about the point system that Bops use to have based on your phone number and neither one knew anything about it. They both had been working there around a month. We pulled up to the pick up window and waited around 15 minutes for our order and no one ever showed up. There were no customers behind us so we backed up our car to the order window and we saw both sales associates sitting down looking at their phones. Neither one had made any effort to work on our order. They immediately jumped up and started to work on the order. Our confetti cup and the strawberry patch were in smaller containers than the last time we were here. Very disappointing experience!"

"Very clean restaurant with great customer service. Lots of options on the menu. Their wings were the best of our three meals. Came out crispy hot out the fryer! The Philly cheesesteak fries were good well seasoned. My daughter ordered a burger that had bacon shrimp on it. I thought it was a strange combination so only 1/2 of it was eaten. I will be back."

"Healthier food choices, salads, soups, wraps and flatbreads. Expect to pay a little more for these offerings as opposed to fast food places. I had not eaten here for years, but was pleased with the choices. Ordered the half Thai Chicken Salad (could have had a bit more flavor) and Bowl of Vegetarian Chili (surprisingly pretty good) for takeout, and was ready in just a few minutes. I definitely plan to return and will try out their app for ordering and rewards."

"They have new owners who are trying but need more coaching. First they should explain that it is a new menu than the previous owners. We came in on a Saturday expecting the delicious chicken and wild rice soup but it is very different now. They should also tell you what will be on each tier before preparing due to any allergies etc. I was told that I should've seen the menu when I booked online and would have to pay extra for any modifications. Prices also increased. Teas are different as well. I gave two stars to be gracious but I will sadly miss the old Victorian Grace and will not return."

"I have been here multiple times but looks like never reviewed this place. Pretty nice place or dine with family, friends or alone. Place has a bar and decent ambience. It’s very crowded on weekends, better go on weekdays and try early dinner. Pineapple upside down is my favorite cheesecake, but there’s lot of varieties, at least try one. We were in a mood for few appetizers and drinks, avocado egg roll, Korean cauliflower and Mac-n-cheese fried ball was amazing."
