"The customer service here was amazing. I asked for a salad that was not in the pre-made fridge and she made it for me right away. The strawberry salad I had was one of the best ever and I loved the service I received. I went because I decided to purchase the Groupon and try them out, but I will definitely be back Groupon or not! All the food looked delicious and I can't wait to try something new next time."

"Really good food. Been there twice and both times the food u0026 service were excellent. Lobster chowder was amazing ?. 4 stars only for lack of comfort in their patio dining. The outdoor heaters didn 't do the job on a damp 55% night. Metal chairs without cushions we pretty chilly on the bum."

"The food was horrible. I called and the lady and she told me to bring it back to the deli. I got dressed and took it back. She told me that I didn't need to do that. I told her she asked me to. She snatched the bag out of my hand and gave me a mean look.So, the food smelled and tasted rotten. While the service was horrible.Thank you door dash for refunding my money."

"Quality, good amount of meat, but not as much as before covid. I’ve done A TON of business here. Way better than any other sandwiches in Brentwood, especially TOGO. I do recommend adding more meat back into the sandwiches. Be different and be the best in town!"

"A few things about this place ..first of all im a great tipper it why i eat out the girl who took my order was rude i tried to make small talk and she brushed me off..but gave me time to notice the gross gunk on the lids of the sauce bottles ewww! I didnt get a look to see if they where all like that but i been to other mr pickles where its much friendlier people and better presentation i normally cant complain about the sandwitch at all because there so gud but this time the avacado was brown ida hoped they at least took the brown part out my friend had a salad and the lettuce wasnt as nice as it was the first time also i would always buy the small bottle of garlic sauce that i loooovvee.....untill it started looking diffrent at first it was dark green and the dark green stayed at the bottom now it floats up stays up its not even really green i dont think..anyways get it together guys!!"

"Get the fresh Mexican bowl I think that's the name. It has 2 sauces chicken rice avocado lettuce black bean salsa qhich isn't anything but a corn salsa. Ooh and my favorite I got as an appetizer instead of in the smokehouse combo. It's the SMACK YO MOMMA BRISKET Quesadillas."

"Ordered a few lox bagels and an breakfast bagel. I would like to talk to the word who puts the recipes here. the lox bagel did not contain a cheese. it's not even a lump bag. I found myself removing from the bagel because of the taste, I only ate bagels and laughs. the coffee is good and the staff is super friendly, but eating here leaves so much to wish. the prices are out of line, and I don't pay $10 for an breakfast bagel in sf, I'm surprised I'm out of it. save them their money and go somewhere where there is real lox bagels"
