"My visit to Lazeez shawarma (Located on credit view and Britannia) was on November 29, 2016 at 6:35pm. The cashier with no greeting asked what is your order? I asked for the special which is 2 chicken shawarmas as per the website. The cashier refused to give the 2 chicken shawarmas as per the website and said today is the falafel wrap special. I immediately called the other lazeez shawarma branch (Located at tenth line and Thomas in Mississauga) and asked him the special. He confirmed that it is 2 chicken shawarmas and I can book your order if you like. With this information, I asked the cashier again that are you sure today’s special is falafel wrap? He was upset and mentions that I have been working here for 4 years and I know what the special is. I asked are you saying the website is wrong? The cashier said that you do not need to worry about it. The cashier further adds on that We do not care what the other lazeez stores are offering “ As they are all Franchises and we are the ORIGINAL and we decide what to do and others stores have to follow the website and we can shut them down. (The website is clearly universal for all stores). I asked for the owner and the cashier started shouting, the owner\s name is Rafay and you can come anytime and talk to him he comes before the store closes and he will be ready to talk to you, we will let him know. I could clearly see all customers were uncomfortable with this as they all didn’t like their service and attitude. I do not care how the food is. This place is a mess. With the service and staff this place will disappear soon. Ever wondered why the other lazeez shawarmas are getting busier and this specific location has decreased in traffic by huge numbers? False advertising, Misrepresentation- failure to fulfill what has been advertised when other Lazeez locations are honoring the exact same advertising. Rude and unprofessional staff. The food does not taste good. Never the less worse Shawarma place in Town."

"There was a line up and the ordering process is order your food first wait in line and then pay. They have daily specials that are very reasonably priced. The two ladies take your order and prepare your order....they can come across as a little chaotic but just breath they will get it right. The meat is cooked on demand so it is so so fresh and juicy. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my greek chicken salad. The dressing was really good, the chicken every single piece was juicy and perfectly seasoned. Its not a fancy place but the food is amazing. It will be one of my regular lunch places going forward!!!"

"We went here for a late lunch/early dinner. For some strange reason we all ended up ordering the same food (something that has never happened). With that in mind I can only say that everyone in the family loved the chicken fingers. No one finished the entire meal and we all took something back to the hotel to nibble on later. I would definitely order something there again. The staff was quick and very courteous. It was a little more costly than other restaurants but we enjoyed it a lot."

"We went to this location and had dinner with a friend. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. However, when we finished our meal, we noticed a mouse darting across our section of the restaurant. The waiter even noticed it but did not do anything to remove the mouse or call someone to handle it."
