"I don't know where the wires were crossed between Open Table and Heritage Palms. We were turned away from the guard at the gate because we are not members. We were told that the restaurant was not open to the public except for Sunday Brunch. Since it was Valentine's Day, I was disturbed by the likelihood that I came in nicely without reservations everywhere. I called the Country Club and spoke to the hostess who confirmed my reservation. She said they were new to Open Table and obviously the communication was wrong between the two parties. I asked for the manager and after a brief discussion she agreed to advise the guard to let us in. We were treated with a casual menu on a high table in the grill, as the dining room was used for a Valentine's Day dinner dance. While the sandwiches were good and our waitress was very nice hardly the Valentine dinner I had for my bride of 42 years when I made the reservation with Open Table."

"The first time I was here, and I tried three pieces of Chicken Strips eating with a vanilla shake. I'm not a fast food meal, but this chicken was really good. It had great taste and it was not fat at all. The weaponries were good and the shake was amazing. Nice and thick with the right amount of vanilla in it. I'm sure I'll come back."

"It was a busy place, place needed to be cleaned a bit. I saw 4 tables that were dirty and the floor was sticky. Staff were great I felt bad that they could not focus on being cleaned. The line floor was a bit dirty. Some of the employees did not seem to be happy. The restrooms were dirty filled with paper towels and t.p, on the floor it also had water on the floor. Overall, the experience was not good or bad. Would have liked to be able to serve my own Coke and control the ice in my cup. There 's are just little thing nothing big but after all it 's the little things that make the place work."
