"This place has great 60s songs as you enter. They have several tables and high tops. The pizzas are tasty, but it seemed heavy on the Alfredo making it not as crispy a crust. The Alfredo tasted homemade and was not burnt, so it may be OK for others. The wings were good and the calzone was also excellent. The crust was the same but went well with the calzone. I loved the homemade cookies, the brownies looked yummy as well. The staff is extremely friendly."

"Service was great and food super good! The only reason I didn't give him 5 stars is because when we came there and we went to the counter, the hostess asked how many and I told her 2. She didn't want a name and said it'll take a few minutes. We waited to be called and other people came in and sat. I went back to the counter and asked her if we would soon get a table and she said she didn't write our name and it will be a few minutes. I saw more people sitting and that was after I gave our name and they came to us. About 15 minutes later, I had to go back to the counter and ask if we would get another table, but that was another girl. She asked my name and I told her. You didn't have our name on the right newspaper! So this girl sat us a way. She said she was sorry. Thank you. Then everything went smooth."

"Not that I have high expectations for service at Bojangles, but wow, the manager on duty at this store at about 7:2opm on September 3 plumbed a new low. We placed an order on the app at about 6:30pm and got a confirmation that it'd be ready at 7:02pm. We arrived at 7:19 and were told that they hadn't yet cooked our chicken so it'd be another 15 or 20 minutes. When I began to make the point that it was promised at 7:02, this guy cut me off and became quite belligerent. He then walked away. When I pointed out that his staff being really busy wasn't my problem, he threatened me. When I asked for a refund, he told me that since I didn't pay the store, the store couldn't refund me. As much as I love Bojangles' chicken, I suspect that it will be a very cold day in hell the next time I walk in a Bojangles store."

"Every time I went to this Bojangles, I was happy with the service. My food was hot and fresh. At every Fast Food Place I check my order before leaving, even if other cars are behind me. If something is missing or wrong, I can correct the problem immediately and there. I was there in the morning or lunch, so I don't know how the night crew plays."

"The thursday meatloaf special is amazing, got it with sweet potato casserole and mashed potatoes with gravy and everything was hot and delicious. Can?t beat the price for a nostalgic plate of food like your grandma makes (but maybe better than she made it? My boyfriend got the burger and said the sign outside that says ?best burgers in town? isn?t a lie, the burger was the best burger he can get around here! 11/10 experience"
