"Food seems more than fine to me. In response to some of the recent criticism about the food, I feel as though I should just add my two-cents. I've never been before but was in the area and had about an hour to kill, so I stopped in for a pint and bite. There was a sign outside indicating a new menu or new chef or something to that effect. I'm not sure how long it's been since this has been the case but my meal was quite good. Excellent veggie burger and the fries were very tasty. Attentive service as well.<br/ <br/ I'm really not in the area very often and probably won't be anytime soon, but I certainly recommend it as a nice neighborhood pub with good grub."

"I went there for Sunday lunch, the place is chilled; they have a lot of different beers on tap. I tried their burger which was good. Service is friendly and fast."

"Best burger in BWV, hands down Rowe Farms beef, Cobbs bun. Great selection of beers on tap. Have also had their special chicken burger (it was like pulled pork) and maple carrot soup. Everything I've had there has been delicious. Even our finicky 8 yo says these are the best burgers."
