"We went to this restaurant tonight. It is not a swill n grill but are still advertising as one, we had vouchers and the cashier reluctantly accepted these and stated that if the boss had of been here she would not of accepted it. It still states Swill n Grill on signage. Over an hour for meals to be served 3 out of 4 guests had nearly eaten meal before 4th arrived. There was a hair in one meal and when the waitress was alerted to this fact she said she would let them know. No one came back near us so we left. Over crowded place with over worked staff!"
