"I had chicken fingers and my friend had a burger. Both were very good. A little pricey and there was a bit of a wait but the food was so delicious I didn't care. I will definitely be going back to try more items."

"Today my family and I had the pleasure to eat breakfast at Zaitona. The experience started by a warm welcoming at the door followed by a great food (foul, falafel and fattah with hummus..yummm) The resturant is bright, clean and very relaxing ambiance. Beside the great food, the service was what got most of our attention. The staff is very friendly and fast. I truly recommend it as a family place to eat."

"This place is great. Once a month the b/f and I get the gyros platter to go. One platter and we split it! And we both like to eat! You can ask for extra pickled stuff on your salad (mmmm) and the owners are so nice, so make sure you ask if you want something! A great local business to support."

"First of all I got there and the person making the sandwiches handled cash a bit with gloves on then did not change his gloves answered his cell phone and ran to the back. When he emerged he did not change his gloves. Then the client in front of me tried to pay debit and the machine was down at no point prior were we informed of this and then he tried to argue with her since she had limited cash on her and said would you like only some of your order what you can pay in cash and seeing as nobody informed us ahead of time and this is not our fault she at least should’ve only had to pay what she could and received her full order. The cashier stated he isn’t the owner and it’s not his fault. This is appalling customer service. I’m not saying it should’ve been free but it’s not this customers fault. I am unsure how it ended as I was so frustrated I left the place and will never ever return. This is not the first time I’ve seen them have internet issues and unable to offer debit/credit payments and haggle the customer. When I go to Starbucks or McDonald’s or subway and the machine goes down they will often ask if you have cash nicely and if you don’t they will usually apologize and try to come up with a solution. I have seen sometimes where the person at the register when the issue occurs will get their stuff despite being unable to pay which is the businesses responsibility if it’s technology reasons and then the next customers will be informed debit/credit is down."

"This location is pretty nice and neat. Their chicken shawarma is solid as well as the kafta. It?s really tasty and delicious. Unlike Rideau location, this one is organized and staff is professional. Quantity is really good and the plate is full. Only thegarlic sauce is a bit heavy, the hummus is a lot better. Will go back again and try new plates at this location. Great shawarmaspot in Ottawa"
