"3.5/5Been here about five times, no issues with service except today and I always review when something is not right. Removing some stars because of a fussy attitude with a young gentleman. After waiting 20 minutes for food, we were greeted to multiple bell rings to indicate food was ready for pick up. Some places bring you the food you know. I would advise calling ahead. In any event, I am not a trained monkey, there is no need for this. If you are not ready for prime-time customer service, go work at the DMV. The second thing was there is no red sauce. I don’t like garlic sauce and that is standard. You should have more options available, god knows I have only been to 50+ middle eastern restaurants in my life. I think tahini included for free and red sauce should be added to the menu, even if an up charge."
