"I've been coming to this restaurant for years because it's near where I work. I stick to a few dishes which I love. The vermicelli chicken soup, the thai style flat noodles and sometimes the special fried rice. I find the food very fresh and tasty and I'm giving it five stars because not many restaurants maintain a consistently good menu over a long time."

"Panini Bar continue to deliver great coffee amid the COVID 19 crisis. My order is always remembered, the coffee is served at the perfect temperature and always tastes great. It is clear that the barista goes to a lot of effort to make sure each cup is perfect, you see him throwing away imperfect shots. They have a simple food menu as well which exceeds expectation. Couldn't speak more highly of the staff! Definitely a place for coffee enthusiasts serving Campos. It is a pleasure to be served by Panini Bar daily."

"If you are looking for some real Italian food then you cannot go past "il gusto" at 256 Lygon Street Carlton.The food is great and fresh. I had a pasta dish which was superb. The secret of pasta is the sauce and the creamy carbonara with mushrooms and bacon was just great.My wife had the grilled sardines which is a speciality at the restaurant and the fish was cooked well with salad as a side dish. Both meals were huge so you need to take a big appetite. Sweets were passed over as we struggled to eat the main course.Service was a bit slow but the food is prepared from scratch from fresh ingredients so the wait was worth it."
