"I'm honestly loving this place more than other similar chains such as subway or Quiznos. Extreme pita has so many options and it feels so fresh. The meat is freshly cooked on a grill instead of in a microwave or oven. GoodLife gym members receive...a free bottle of water"

"Walking by this place all the time I would not have thought to try it. Probably because it's location right beside the Macs just didn't look that appealing. I read good reviews about it and decided to give it a try. Ever since then I have ordered takeout from there a few times. Everything that I ordered was delicious and I could not find much to complain about. I've tried all of the mezedes and dips. Would recommend all of it. Give this place a try!"

"We were anxious to return to Calypso after a couple of years. What a disappointment! The service was good, but the quality of food has taken a sharp dive. They must have a new chef as the food just was not good. There were 4 of us and we all had different dishes, along with different aps. Also disappointed in the fact one of the parties is celiac and asked the waitress if she could help with gluten free dishes. She said they couldn’t guarantee anything. Unfortunately we will not be back. Once a good restaurant with reasonable prices. Just not the case any longer."

"I have been a loyal customer since I moved to Calgary, I have an addiction to the baklava. The Baklava has always been perfect up until November 2017 when every time I visited I had overcooked, or you might call it burnt baklava. It cuts up your mouth and it tastes awful. I had a family member order me a very large amount for the Christmas holidays and only two pieces (out of... I think it was 24 pieces? we're not burnt. I haven't been back since. I really loved The Baklava when it wasn't burnt."

"Pretty good, long lineups during regular semester. The food here is always quite good. I find the value for the money is quite high, for example a side order of fries they use a large styrofoam container and it is packed full of fries (I believe the cost is around $3-4).<br/ <br/ I tried their calamari plate and it was scrumptious. The calamari was fried crunchy on the outside but yet tender on the inside (it wasn't rubbery at all). I also noticed they had the battering station for the calamari just one the left of the fryers, so you know it isn't frozen battered calamari, it is freshly battered and cooked.<br/ <br/ Just a heads up, I do enjoy spicy food, but if you get any of the wraps they will ask if you want jalapenos, and usually i can take abit of heat but these peppers pack quite abit of heat.<br/ <br/ Overall, good food, freshly made caesar salad, and freshly cooked food. Only downside is that during the regular semester (fall/winter) there is quite abit of a lineup. Another bonus is that there is free refills on pop (pop machine is off to the left, so you fill our own pop)."

"A nice place for a quick and tasty lunch. On this visit I had the chicken soulaki which was very good with a nice garlicky tzatziki. The pita was warm and fresh. Although it was busy the line seemed to move fairly fast."
