"There was a line up and the ordering process is order your food first wait in line and then pay. They have daily specials that are very reasonably priced. The two ladies take your order and prepare your order....they can come across as a little chaotic but just breath they will get it right. The meat is cooked on demand so it is so so fresh and juicy. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my greek chicken salad. The dressing was really good, the chicken every single piece was juicy and perfectly seasoned. Its not a fancy place but the food is amazing. It will be one of my regular lunch places going forward!!!"

"WOW!!! This is a rare Greek restaurant where everything was top notch. The food, service and atmosphere was amazing, my guests were very pleased as well. "I eat here rather frequently, sometimes dine in, sometimes to go. Food is always very good and fresh as well as decent value! Always clean. They are also licensed which is nice for dine in. Free parking across the street in the library parking lot. Great heart of Pt. Credit location!"

"Be ware. They billed higher than the prices printed on their menus! When I asked them to correct the bill to match the printed menu price, they said "No" because "prices are subject to change" and "there's a sign in front door that their ingredient costs went up". Who reads 3 paragraphs of print on an open door when walking into a restaurant? And shouldn't the menu price match what you bill? Anyway after long heated discussion they refused to budge and even the "general manager" did not have authority to correct the bill? To me this is a sneaky and dishonest way to make an extra buck. Even if it was a nickel...it's the principle of the matter! They could have easily put a note on the table, edited the menu to the higher price they were going to bill or the waitress could have informed us when taking our order. None of this was done. And by the way, don't bother asking for tap water...they "don't have any". Right, a restaurant with no indoor plumbing...makes sense right? Nope you have to spend $2 for bottled water instead ! Skip this place!"

"I used to live in Greek Town Toronto. Living there one quickly learns where to eat. Now I live in Mississauga and yes a great Greek meal is worth 1 hour drive but Gyros Place on Matheson means I no longer have to travel for the 10/10 Greek Dinner. I've ordered the Lamb Souvlaki a few times too. A few times I've showed up in the late evening only to find out they have sold out of the lamb. They still have gyros but I prefer the tender seasoned rare chunks of lamb. The dish comes with a proper salad, feta cheese and black olives. The rice yummy and the potatoes have the lemon seasoning you expect. They are the big potatoes cut in wedges soft mushy inside, not mealy, and crunchy outside on the tips. The tzatziki is good too. I usually ask for extra. They do give 1 slice of pita too. The meal is perfect but.... Getting take out they pack the salad in the same container as the hot food. If one is eating right away, this is actually better but if you have a long drive the salad is a bit warm. I've tried their gyros too, very good! The portion is healthy and on Tuesdays it includes a free pop. (At the time of writing it is.... that promotion might not be forever). The pork and chicken souvlaki is good too, as I always try some from the people who accompany me. The restaurant at lunch gets busy. So go early!"

"The place is fantastic!!!! Unbelievable tasty food at a fair price. What great service too !!! It is one of the best Greek fast food restaurants in the world. I have been to Greek town, Athens and Santorin, and unless you sit down in an expensive place. You are not getting this type of quality food. It puts Mr.Greek to shame!"
