"Since I traveled by train from Düsseldorf, my train only had about 2 hours too late, I set up to find something for lunch. Since the offers at Düsseldorfer Bahnhof are very touristy in addition to a brewhouse, there are North Sea, Dunkin Donuts and various Asian chains and a Bavarian restaurant, I was recommended to watch the train station. At first I discovered disappointingly only a Dungeon-Bud and a Burger King, but then became fruitful: the buttershaker. A performer pointed to the lunch table: In addition to various dishes, such as chop steaks, burgers, salad etc., there was also a relatively cheap turkey steak with frites on offer, for which I decided. They could choose his sauce, I chose the pepper sauce and was not disappointed. The meat was grilled butter, the sauce spicy and the frits were very cherry. What surprised me was that the attentive cellar Ketchup and Mayonnaise had placed on the table on the outside terrace that I found very well. There is also plenty of space inside the American restaurants in Sport Barmanier. Also worth mentioning are the very clean toilets I have rarely experienced in restaurants near the train station. The food was surprisingly good for the price (with drink I paid 9 euros), especially for Düsseldorf conditions extremely favorable. The staff was accommodating; I can definitely recommend looking there if you need to bridge the waiting time at Düsseldorfer Bahnhof. By the way, the buttershaker is located from the main exit of the Banhof directly between a cinema and next to the Burger King."
