"Waited almost 2 hours for delivery, got 2 cold pizzas delivered. Staff member on the phone was helpful but doesn’t change the fact my pizzas were delivered stone cold and almost 2 hours later."

"I had the 'chicken ' salad and a side of BBQ coca-cola beans. Huge portions of vegan comfort food with a large number of clearly marked vegan options (1 salad, 1 wrap, 4 burgers) plus shakes and a dessert. My only complaint would be that i chose the salad hoping that it would be a lighter option but it had excessive oil added for my taste. Good for a treat!"

"Great to be back at Braehead Filling Station as we haven't been back k since last March before lockdown. We have missed our meals there really enjoyed our meal today Waheed who served us was great very attentive. Would recommend having a meal there."

"Every time I get pizza from this pizza hut the pizza is of a lower quality than in the rest of restaurant. I avoid it. Less amount of toppings and once they sent the pizza a bit burnt."

"I thought the set menu looked good, seemed good value and good choice. However we were not impressed with the quality of the food. I had mozzerella sticks, can't really go wrong with them but didn't like the sauce being all over the plate and not to dip in. My friend had chicken strips, good size portion for a starter but they were quite dry and the bbq sauce wasn't pleasant. Main courses were most disappointing. I had BBQ beef brisket but it should be sold as a roast beef dinner. There was far too much of the overly sweet bbq sauce (gravy). My friend ate less than half of her macaroni cheese as it wasn't very nice and her garlic bread had no garlic, just toasted bread. Overall pretty disappointed."

"Very disappointing. I'd tried BRG burgers in the city centre and thought they were excellent, so I decided to try one in Giffnock. The food was terrible—the burgers were dry, there was no sauce, and there was no flavour at all. A double burger for £9 is a complete rip-off. The fries were extremely small in size and had no taste at all. I'm unhappy because I paid £25 for that and it was not worth it. Not coming back."
